We undertake a free, no obligation consultation with you to establish your needs and wants. Time is taken to understand your needs for a particular room. Notes and measurements are taken and used to build an initial design. We will also give you a guide as to what your project may cost.

An initial design will be completed with a guide cost for the work. We invite you back to the showroom to view the designs, make changes and discuss and alterations that may be required. It is an initial design and something that we like to finalise with you. This becomes your personalised space

Your design is completed using the latest design specific software. This is a further opportunity to adjust your design. Designed with you and only signed off once you are totally happy. 

Photo quality renders and final costs are produced at this stage to highlight your exciting new design.

Experienced installers are only part of the story. Preparation is key. We prepare a working area prior to starting with you. Walking areas will be covered leading to the working areas. Other items will be moved or covered to help minimise the effect of the works. 

Communication is key during any project. If you feel you wish to discuss any aspect of the ongoing works you can contact us or simply ask the installers on site. They are fully versed with your work. If they don’t know something, they will ask.

When a project is completed, time is taken to walk through the finished work with you. No matter the size of the works. Every effort is made to ensure you are completely happy. 

It is important to us that the project has delivered on its original plan. That is proof of good design. Planning, design, research and attention to detail. All of these are important to you and us.
